The company manages and fulfills branded merchandise programs for General Motors, operating a high-volume warehouse through ShipHero. Fulfillment activity, inventory movements, and billing records needed to flow into QuickBooks Online for accurate financial management, but the absence of integration forced manual data entry that created reconciliation delays and errors.

- Connected ShipHero to QuickBooks Online to automate the posting of fulfillment events as financial transactions
- Mapped inventory movement records from ShipHero to corresponding QuickBooks Online inventory and cost-of-goods accounts
- Automated billing and invoicing data flow from ShipHero into QuickBooks Online upon shipment completion
- Configured exception handling to flag fulfillment records that required human review before financial posting
- Delivered a low-latency sync cadence aligned to The company's order volume and reporting requirements
