K2 Awards was manually re-entering every Shopify order into Brightpearl. Staff spent hours daily on data entry, errors caused shipping delays, and customer service escalations were mounting.

What we built

• Real-time order sync from Shopify → Brightpearl including line items, shipping details, and customer records
• Order edit propagation — notes, address changes, and item updates synced automatically
• Automated payment method mapping to Brightpearl payment types
• Inventory allocation and reservation triggered on order creation

The outcome

• Zero manual order entry — every order flows automatically
• Shipping error rate eliminated
• Staff hours reclaimed and redeployed to customer-facing work
