The challenge
The company managed warehouse operations in Veeqo while running their OMS in Brightpearl. The two systems were siloed — warehouse picks, shipment confirmations, and inventory adjustments weren't flowing back to Brightpearl automatically, causing order status lag and inventory inaccuracy.
What we built
- Order routing from Brightpearl → Veeqo for warehouse pick and pack execution
- Shipment confirmation and tracking sync from Veeqo back to Brightpearl in real time
- Inventory adjustment propagation from Veeqo warehouse movements to Brightpearl stock levels
- Shipping method mapping ensuring carrier and service level data transfers correctly between systems
The outcome
- Real-time order status visible in Brightpearl from the moment Veeqo ships
- Inventory accuracy between WMS and OMS maintained automatically
- Customer tracking notifications firing without manual intervention from warehouse staff
