    • Deployed the Shopify–Brightpearl integration to automate real-time order sync from The company's Shopify storefront into Brightpearl for centralized order management
    • Configured inventory level synchronization between Brightpearl and Shopify to provide accurate stock visibility to online customers across the franchise network's product assortment
    • Automated customer record creation and updates in Brightpearl from Shopify order data, enabling a unified view of the customer across online and operational systems
    • Established automated fulfillment status and tracking updates flowing from Brightpearl back to Shopify to keep online customers informed post-purchase
    • Tuned the integration to handle the order volume and catalog scale expected from a national specialty retail chain with a broad franchise footprint
