    • Configured centralized inventory management within Brightpearl, with automated stock level updates pushed to both Shopify and Amazon to prevent overselling across channels
    • Automated fulfillment routing and status updates so orders from either channel move through the same operational workflow and customers receive accurate tracking information
    • Established end-to-end data integrity across Shopify, Amazon, and Brightpearl to support reporting and demand planning across the combined channel mix
