The challenge

The company ran QuickBooks Enterprise and QuickBooks Online simultaneously across different parts of the business. Keeping data consistent between both instances required constant manual reconciliation that introduced errors and consumed finance capacity.

What we built

• Bidirectional sync between QuickBooks Enterprise and QuickBooks Online
• Customer, invoice, and transaction data kept consistent across both instances in real time
• Incremental sync logic to process only changed records and prevent duplicates
• Custom connector built for the non-standard QBE ↔ QBO pairing

The outcome

• Two QuickBooks instances synchronized automatically — no manual reconciliation
• Finance team confidence in data consistency across both platforms
• Conflicting records between QBE and QBO eliminated
