Manda Fine Meats was receiving EDI purchase orders from major retail partners via SPS Commerce and manually entering them into Sage Intacct. Chargeback risk was mounting and the compliance burden was unsustainable.

• SPS Commerce EDI 850 inbound → automatic sales order creation in Sage Intacct
• EDI 810 invoice generation triggered automatically on fulfillment
• Item and customer mapping layer ensuring EDI identifiers match Intacct records
• SPS Sell and SPS Buy flows both automated end-to-end

The outcome

• EDI compliance achieved with zero manual intervention
• Chargeback risk eliminated
