The challenge
The company wanted to fulfill non-Amazon orders through Amazon's Multi-Channel Fulfillment network across the US, Canada, and Mexico — all managed from Brightpearl. Coordinating inventory, order routing, and tracking across three markets manually was not scalable.
What we built
- Brightpearl → Amazon MCF order routing for US, Canada, and Mexico marketplaces
- Inventory sync from Brightpearl driving Amazon availability signals in real time
- Tracking number propagation back from MCF to the originating order in Brightpearl
- Carrier mapping ensuring the correct shipping carrier is reflected on every fulfillment

- Multi-country MCF fulfillment operating from a single Brightpearl instance
- Orders fulfilling automatically across three markets with no manual routing
- Customer tracking notifications sent automatically from fulfillment data
