The company engaged APIWORX to build and maintain a production-grade connector between the team and Brightpearl, enabling merchants operating on both platforms to route orders seamlessly without manual hand-offs. Merchants required accurate, real-time tracking data returned from the team to Brightpearl so customer-facing order status remained reliable across the fulfillment cycle.

- Designed and deployed a purpose-built The company–Brightpearl connector maintained by APIWORX as a managed integration product
- Automated order routing from Brightpearl to The company upon fulfillment trigger, eliminating double-entry for shared merchants
- Synced shipment tracking numbers and carrier updates from The company back to Brightpearl order records in real time
- Implemented error-handling and retry logic to ensure zero-drop reliability across high-volume merchant accounts
- Provided a scalable connector architecture capable of onboarding new merchants without custom development per account
