    • Implemented real-time inventory synchronization from Brightpearl to Shopify across multiple stock locations so online availability reflects true multi-location inventory
    • Built customer record unification so Shopify customer data is synchronized with Brightpearl, creating a single customer profile across online and retail touchpoints
    • Configured order status and fulfillment updates flowing from Brightpearl back to Shopify for accurate customer-facing order tracking
    • Set up automated product and pricing sync from Brightpearl to Shopify to keep the online catalog consistent with in-store assortment
