The company was scaling rapidly and needed to transition fulfillment operations to Extensiv without disrupting their Brightpearl OMS or their customer experience. Manual order handoffs to the 3PL were creating delays and tracking gaps.

What we built

• Automated order routing from Brightpearl → Extensiv on order creation
• Shipment and tracking number sync from Extensiv back to Brightpearl
• Carrier mapping for correct tracking carrier assignment on fulfillment
• Returns flow sync so returned inventory updates both systems

The outcome

• 3PL transition completed without operational disruption
• Orders routed to Extensiv within minutes of placement — no manual handoff
• Tracking pushed to customers automatically from Extensiv fulfillment data
