Lover's Tempo processed wholesale orders from sales reps through Brandwise but needed every order to flow into Brightpearl for fulfillment, inventory management, and customer records. The manual hand-off between their sales rep platform and OMS was creating fulfillment delays and stock allocation errors.
What we built
- Brandwise wholesale orders automatically created in Brightpearl with customer linking and stock reservation
- New customer creation in Brightpearl when a Brandwise order comes from a new buyer
- Inventory sync from Brightpearl back to Brandwise so sales reps always see accurate availability
- Shipment confirmation and tracking sent back to Brandwise when orders ship from Brightpearl
The outcome
- Wholesale orders flowing from sales rep platform to OMS without any manual step
