The challenge

GelPro's inventory levels in Cetec ERP weren't syncing fast enough to their BigCommerce storefront. Oversells were triggering customer complaints and manual intervention was required daily to keep counts aligned.

What we built

• Bidirectional inventory sync between Cetec ERP and BigCommerce at the SKU level
• Configurable full inventory sweep combined with real-time delta updates
• Warehouse-specific inventory feeds so only the correct fulfillment location drives storefront availability

The outcome

• Oversell events eliminated across all product categories
• Daily manual inventory reconciliation eliminated
• Confidence to expand to additional sales channels without operational risk
