The company's inventory levels in Cetec ERP weren't syncing fast enough to their BigCommerce storefront. Oversells were triggering customer complaints and manual intervention was required daily to keep counts aligned.

- Bidirectional inventory sync between Cetec ERP and BigCommerce at the SKU level
- Configurable full inventory sweep combined with real-time delta updates
- Warehouse-specific inventory feeds so only the correct fulfillment location drives storefront availability
