The company needed a production-grade connector between their order management platform and Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment so their merchant customers could fulfill non-Amazon orders through Amazon's warehouse network. Without a native integration, merchants faced manual order submission workflows and delayed fulfillment cycles that undermined the value of the the team platform. the team required a robust, scalable solution that could be offered directly to their customer base.
What we built
- Built a production-grade Amazon MCF connector fully embedded within the The company platform environment
- Engineered automated order routing logic that submits non-Amazon orders to Amazon MCF fulfillment centers in real time
- Implemented inventory availability sync between Amazon FBA inventory levels and The company stock records
- Developed tracking number and shipment status callbacks from Amazon MCF back into The company order records
- Designed the connector for multi-merchant deployment, enabling The company to offer the integration across their entire customer base
