The company operated a WooCommerce-based online store for technology product distribution and needed it integrated with Brightpearl to centralize order management, product catalog synchronization, and inventory control. Managing orders and product data across disconnected systems created manual overhead and introduced inventory accuracy risks as the product catalog and order volume grew.
