The company was selling wholesale through DSCO's dropship network while running their DTC business on Shopify, both feeding into Brightpearl. Product data, inventory signals, and order flows were managed separately for each channel, creating duplication and fulfillment risk.
What we built
- Product synchronization from Brightpearl out to both Shopify and DSCO dropship network
- DSCO wholesale order ingestion into Brightpearl alongside direct Shopify orders
- Unified inventory position in Brightpearl driving availability signals to all channels simultaneously
- Shipment confirmations and tracking propagated back through DSCO to wholesale buyers
The outcome
- DTC and wholesale channels operating from one unified inventory source of truth
- DSCO dropship orders fulfilled with the same process as direct orders
- Product catalog updates applied once in Brightpearl and reflected across all channels automatically
