The challenge
The company was selling across Amazon UK and eBay UK simultaneously while needing all revenue, orders, and customer data to flow cleanly into Sage Intacct. Managing two marketplace feeds into one ERP manually was creating settlement reconciliation nightmares and delayed financial reporting.
What we built
- Amazon UK Marketplace → Sage Intacct order and customer sync
- eBay UK Marketplace → Sage Intacct order and invoice automation
- Settlement reconciliation logic to correctly map marketplace fees and net revenue to the GL
- Unified customer deduplication across both marketplaces before Intacct creation
The outcome
- All marketplace revenue flowing into Intacct without manual entry
- Settlement reconciliation automated — no more end-of-month spreadsheet work
- Accurate P&L for both Amazon and eBay channels within Intacct in real time
