The challenge
The company manufactures premium tactical holsters using Cetec ERP to manage production, inventory, and order fulfillment — while operating a Meva eCommerce storefront as their direct sales channel. Without a live integration between the two systems, product catalog updates, inventory availability, and inbound online orders all required manual handling, creating fulfillment delays and inventory accuracy issues.
What we built
- Built a bidirectional integration between Cetec ERP and Meva eCommerce for real-time data exchange
- Automated product catalog publishing from Cetec ERP to Meva, including SKU details, descriptions, and availability status
- Implemented real-time inventory sync from Cetec into Meva to prevent overselling of made-to-order and stocked holster configurations
- Automated inbound eCommerce order transfer from Meva into Cetec ERP for production queue and fulfillment processing
- Synced shipment and tracking data from Cetec back to Meva for customer order status visibility
