The Navajo Nation's public television network (The company) operates a WooCommerce storefront for community merchandise, generating eCommerce revenue subject to tribal government financial reporting and accountability requirements. Without automation, all order data and revenue required manual extraction from WooCommerce and re-entry into Sage Intacct — creating compliance risk and administrative burden for a small government team.
