The challenge
The company, the leading brand in the fast-growing pickleball market, sells simultaneously through Amazon, a Shopify DTC storefront, and a Zoey B2B wholesale portal. Managing three distinct sales channels with separate order flows, customer records, and financial data made it nearly impossible to maintain accurate financials, unified inventory accounting, and consistent customer management without a centralized ERP integration.
What we built
- Integrated Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and Zoey B2B wholesale portal simultaneously into Sage Intacct as a unified multi-channel ERP backbone
- Automated channel-specific order ingestion with distinct mapping rules for DTC, marketplace, and wholesale order types
- Implemented unified customer record management across all three channels with deduplication logic feeding into Sage Intacct
- Synchronized inventory accounting across channels so financial statements reflect true multi-channel stock positions
- Built consolidated financial reporting in Sage Intacct that segments revenue by channel for management visibility
The outcome
- Unified financial reporting across Amazon, Shopify DTC, and Zoey B2B wholesale within a single Sage Intacct instance
- Eliminated manual order entry and reconciliation across three distinct sales channels
- Improved inventory accounting accuracy supporting The company's rapid category growth
- Enabled the finance team to close faster with reliable, channel-segmented revenue data
