The company sells resources and ministry merchandise through Shopify to support its congregation and outreach programs. As a faith organization with fund accounting obligations, they needed all Shopify sales, customer data, and payment records flowing automatically into Sage Intacct — ensuring financial stewardship reporting was accurate, transparent, and aligned with church governance standards without burdening ministry staff.
