    Sage Intacct + EDI

    Sage Intacct EDI integration

Retailer purchase orders land in Sage Intacct as sales orders automatically, and acknowledgments, ship notices and invoices go back in each retailer's spec, without chargebacks.

    Data flow

    Flow Direction Trigger Frequency
850 purchase order → sales order Retailer → Intacct PO received On receipt

    Edge cases

    Edge cases we handle

    Per-retailer specs and routing guides

Each trading partner gets its own map and rules, so a change at one retailer doesn't break another.

    ASNs generated from 3PL shipments

When a 3PL ships, we build the 856 from its carton and tracking data and tie it back to the Intacct order.

    GS1-128 labels

Carton labels and SSCCs match the ASN, whether we generate the labels or your 3PL does, so the label and the ASN agree when the shipment arrives.

    Chargeback prevention

We validate documents against each retailer's spec and timing windows before they're sent, and watch for rejections, so compliance issues get fixed before they become chargebacks.

    Managed service

    How it's managed

    • We build it around your process, not a template.
    • We monitor every flow, and we usually see a failure before you do.
    • We fix errors. You don't work an error queue.
    • We absorb change: retailer EDI spec updates, marketplace and ecommerce API changes, ERP upgrades.
    • One setup fee plus one annual managed fee. No surprise hours bills.

We can work with your existing provider, such as SPS Commerce, or scope a connection for you. Either way APIWORX manages the Intacct side end to end.

We absorb them. When a retailer updates its spec or routing guide, we update the map and test it as part of the annual managed fee.
