- Yes. BrightConnect is APIWORX's managed integration layer for Brightpearl. You keep your Brightpearl by Sage subscription; BrightConnect adds the connectors, mapping rules and monitoring around it.
- Can BrightConnect replace the native Brightpearl integrations?
- BrightConnect is used where the native Brightpearl connectors stop — custom channels, B2B portals, marketplaces, EDI trading partners, multiple ERPs, and complex 3PL setups. We complement native where it works, and replace it where it doesn't.
- How long does a typical BrightConnect implementation take?
- Most go-lives run two to four weeks for the first channel and ERP, with additional channels layered in afterwards. Discovery, mapping and UAT are all included.
