Configuration setup of Brightpearl and WooCommerce to ESB App

 The sync configuration page will allow you to control & manage the configuration of different data between WooCommerce & Brightpearl.

1: Click on “ Configure Setting”.

Note: Click to proceed button to get the data from Brightpearl and WooCommerce.

2: Open the field mapping page then map all required fields one by one.

 

3. Map Unique product identifier: Map unique product identifier between Brightpearl to Woocommer. Here you can map your Brightpearl and Woocommerce SKU, just select the values from the drop-down.

4. Sales order payment method: Map sales order payment method between Brightpearl to Woocommerce. Here you can map your Brightpearl and WooCommerce sales order payment method, just select the values from the drop-down and if you want to add more than one payment method then click on the “+” button. 

 Purpose of payment method mapping: The purpose of this mapping is that if you map a payment method on WooCommerce with a Brightpearl payment method so whenever we will sync an order from WooCommerce to Brightpearl the order that will get created in Brightpearl will have the same payment method applied which is mapped to WooCommerce payment method.

5. Map the shipping method: Map the sales order shipping method between Brightpearl to WooCommerce. Here you can map your Brightpearl and WooCommerce sales order shipping method Just select the values from the drop-down and if you want to add more than one shipping method then click on the “+” button.

Purpose of shipping method mapping: The purpose of this mapping is that if you map a shipping method on WooCommerce with a Brightpearl shipping method so whenever we will sync an order from WooCommerce to Brightpearl the order that will get created in Brightpearl will have the same shipping method applied which is mapped to WooCommerce shipping method.

6. Map price list: Here you can map your Brightpearl WooCommerce price list, just select the values from the drop-down and if you want to add more than one price list then click on the “+” button.

Purpose of price list mapping: The purpose of this mapping is that if you map a price list on WooCommerce with a Brightpearl price list so whenever we will sync a product from WooCommerce to Brightpearl the product that will get created in Brightpearl will have the same price list applied which is mapped to WooCommerce price list. 

 

 

7. Choose Default Values: Set some Default values which the system will use to create the Orders in Brightpearl from WooCommerce.

  • Channel- In this section, you can select the Brightpearl channel, where you want your WooCommerce order details to be uploaded.
  • Project- In this section, you can select the project’s status. For example- if the project is in the testing period or it will go live.
  • Lead Source- In this section, you can select a lead source from where you can get the details about this connector such as word of mouth or any other Google.
  • Price List- You can set a default price list that you would like to use when creating orders in your selected WooCommerce location.
  • Tax Code- In this section, you can select a unique Tax Code that is assigned to contact records, product records, and transactions. (Tax Code controls the Total tax rate applied to a transaction).
  • Warehouse- You can set a default warehouse that you would like to use when creating orders in your selected WooCommerce warehouse.
  • Shipping Address- In this section whatever the default shipping address you will select it will show that in Brightpearl, while creating a shipment for a sales order.
  • Canceled order status- If an order is canceled in WooCommerce so whatever the order status you will select here that status will show in Brightpearl.
  • Shipping method– You can set a default shipping method that will always show in WooCommerce from Brightpearl while creating an order.
  • Default Payment method- You can set a default Brightpearl payment method that can be used by the system whenever an order’s payment gets synced from WooCommerce to Brightpearl and you can also map other payments methods between both the platforms according to your preference

 

 

8. Get order status: In this option, you can select the WooCommerce order status so that the order with that status only will get synced into Brightpearl (For Example – If you want to sync the orders that are having pending status on WooCommerce to Brightpearl then you can select pending status). You can also select more than one status. 

9. Sales order sync date-time: After allowing order sync, you need to enter a Start Date and Time for which the system will start syncing the orders.(Note: You may only select a past date that is two weeks previous to the current date).

10. Inventory : Select the Brightpearl warehouse so that inventory will get synced from this mapped warehouse to WooCommerce. 

11. After mapping click on the “Save Mapping” button.
