The challenge

The company operates manufacturing and engineering workflows through Cetec ERP and relies on Microsoft 365 for daily communication and productivity. The absence of integration between the two systems meant operational data — including customer records, job information, and project status — had to be manually transferred between Cetec and Microsoft 365 tools, creating friction for both operations and customer-facing teams.

What we built

• Integrated Cetec ERP with Microsoft 365 to enable operational data to flow between the manufacturing system and productivity suite
