Hybrid SDR + customer support role at APIWORX. Qualify inbound integration leads, own the first reply within one business day, and assist existing customers with platform questions.

What you''ll do
- Be the first responder on inbound leads from `/contact`, `/demo`, `/free-assessment`, and partner referrals.
- Qualify intent quickly — what are they trying to connect, what''s breaking, what''s the timeline — and route to the right Account Executive or Solutions Engineer.
- Maintain HubSpot hygiene: every lead enriched, tagged, and assigned within the same day.
- Support existing customers with platform questions through `portal.apiworx.com` — basic troubleshooting, doc lookups, and routing complex tickets to the integration team.
- Help build short-loop content: FAQ updates, doc improvements, internal call notes that the rest of the team can use.
Requirements
- 1–3 years in SDR, customer support, or inside-sales roles — ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Excellent written communication: clear, warm, no fluff.
- Comfortable with HubSpot (or any modern CRM), Slack, and a help-desk tool.
- Curious about how systems connect — you don''t need to write code, but you should *want* to understand integrations.
- Self-directed; this role works async across multiple time zones.
Nice to have
- Background in commerce, ERP, or operations software.
- Experience with Intercom, Zendesk, or Freshdesk.
- Bilingual English / Spanish.
