Project Manager / Integration Analyst

APIWORX helps growing businesses solve one of the hardest problems in modern operations: getting their systems to work together. We design and manage integrations across ERP, eCommerce, fulfillment, retail, EDI, marketplaces, CRM, and other critical business platforms.

We are looking for a Project Manager / Integration Analyst who can bring order to complexity, help customers feel confident, and keep integration projects moving from discovery to delivery.

This is a hybrid role for someone who is both organized and analytical — a person who can manage timelines, clarify requirements, coordinate technical teams, and translate business needs into actionable integration plans.

What You'll Do

You will play a key role in helping APIWORX deliver successful customer projects by combining project coordination, business analysis, and integration support.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate customer integration projects from kickoff through go-live
• Gather business and technical requirements from customers and internal stakeholders
• Translate customer workflows into clear documentation, process maps, and implementation plans
• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned projects
• Run project meetings, track action items, maintain timelines, and drive accountability
• Work closely with developers, solution architects, and customer teams to clarify scope and priorities
• Identify risks, blockers, and missing requirements early before they become project issues
• Support integration discovery across systems such as ERP, eCommerce, CRM, WMS, EDI, and marketplace platforms
• Help define field mappings, workflow logic, exception handling, and testing scenarios
• Coordinate UAT, issue tracking, change requests, and deployment readiness
• Keep project documentation organized and customer-facing communication professional and clear
• Contribute to process improvement as we continue building a more scalable delivery model

Ideal Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, operations, or systems implementation
• Experience working with software implementations, integrations, ERP, eCommerce, or related business systems
• Strong ability to gather requirements and turn ambiguity into structure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders at once
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Able to document workflows, process steps, and business rules clearly
• Confident facilitating meetings and driving next steps
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Strong Plus If You Have Experience With

• ERP platforms such as Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Acumatica, Brightpearl, or similar
• eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Adobe Commerce, or marketplaces
• EDI, order management, fulfillment, inventory, accounting, or supply chain workflows
• Integration tools, APIs, middleware, or automation platforms
• Writing test plans, managing UAT, and troubleshooting data/process issues
• Consulting or client-facing implementation work
