The connector provides customized connectivity from Brightpearl to Amazon Marketplace. Refund Order flows can be customized to specific needs and supported as part of your overall integration platform.
Features
• Return Order Synchronization
a. When any return orders come from Amazon then our integration gets the return order details & sync it to Brightpearl as Sales Credit.
b. Option to choose whether the returned item gets added back to the Inventory of Brightpearl for resale.
• Inbound Shipment Synchronization
a. Create Transfer in BP – When Inbound shipment gets created into Amazon by the seller then automation creates Warehouse Transfer for it into Brightpearl.
b. Release Inventory of Transfer in BP when received by Amazon – When Amazon receives inventory than our system will pull that reports & release the inventory from Transfer to the FBA warehouse of BP.
• Discrepancies Notifications – We’ll be sending an email notification for the below discrepancies in Inbound shipment
a. When Amazon receives more than expected items of one or more SKU that got sent in Inbound shipment.
b. When Amazon receives 1 or more unexpected SKU items in Shipment.
c. When Brightpearl is not having enough stock of 1 or more SKU for which we need to create a Transfer(against Amazon’s inbound shipment).
d. Whenever Amazon receives the shipment in full or starts receiving, in progress we need to send the email notifications.
• Replacement items synchronization
a. When Amazon sends replacement items to customers then we reduce those items inventory from Brightpearl.
• Lost/damaged Inventory Synchronization
a. If any items get lost or damaged into Amazon then we reduce those items inventory from Brightpearl.
• Returned items synchronization
a. If Amazon receives returned items from customers then those items inventory gets increased into Brightpearl.
• Deemed Inventory Synchronization
a. If amazon deems any items then those items inventory get reduced into Brightpearl
