Each trading partner gets its own map and rules, so a change at one retailer doesn't break another.

### ASNs generated from 3PL shipments

When a 3PL ships, we build the 856 from its carton and tracking data and tie it back to the Intacct order.

### GS1-128 labels

Carton labels and SSCCs match the ASN, whether we generate the labels or your 3PL does, so the label and the ASN agree when the shipment arrives.

### Chargeback prevention

We validate documents against each retailer's spec and timing windows before they're sent, and watch for rejections, so compliance issues get fixed before they become chargebacks.

### Which EDI documents do you support with Sage Intacct?

The core retail set: 850, 855, 856, 810, 846 and 820. Other documents, such as 860 PO changes, are scoped per trading partner.

### Do I need a separate EDI provider or VAN?

We can work with your existing provider, such as SPS Commerce, or scope a connection for you. Either way APIWORX manages the Intacct side end to end.
