To review the Shipment logs that sync from Brightpearl to OnBuy, follow the below steps-
Step 1 – Login to BrightConnect‘s OnBuy.
Note – If you don’t have an account with BrightConnect’s OnBuy yet, you can click on Register button to create an account.
Step 2 – You will see a Dashboard first, navigate to the Shipment logs in the left menu & click it.
Here in the Shipment Logs, you will see so many details and the main details are mentioned below
i) Order Id– This column will show you the id of the Order whose shipment got processed to sync.
ii) Shipment Status – It will show you the shipment status of the Order. The general values can be Fully Dispatched or Partially Dispatched.
iii) Shipment Date – This column will show you the date of shipment when it got created in Brightpearl for OnBuy Order.
iv) Sync Date – This column will show you sync date of shipment when our system synced it to OnBuy.
v) Sync Status – This column will allow you to see the status of sync from Brightpearl to OnBuy. It will show 3 types of status – Pending, Synced, Failed. Pending generally defines that there is some settings which is not configured or the sync is in progress. Synced shows for those which get successfully synced, Failed for those sync which haven’t got processed due to some reasons.
v) Action – This column will show you a button which allow you to view the full order’s shipment details along with the failure reason if any.
