In our BrightConnect Portal, the Received Inventory logs get recorded which get synced from Amazon to Brightpearl & release inventory of Warehouse transfer to the destination Warehouse.
To check the details, follow the below steps-
Step 1 – Login to BrightConnect.

Step 2 – You will see a Dashboard, navigate to the Amazon > Received Inventory logs in the left
Here in the Received Inventory Log, you will see so many details and the main details are mentioned below –
i) Account name – It will show you to which Amazon account the Inventory has been received, it will be a good option to avoid confusion if you have multiple Amazon Marketplaces connected with our Integration.
ii) Shipment ID – This is the reference ID of the Inbound Shipments against which the Inventory received.
iii) Product SKU, Name & Qty – These column shows the Product details & qty which is received by Amazon.
iv) Received at – This is the date & time when Amazon received the Inventory.
v) Sync Status – This column will allow you to see the status of sync from Amazon to Brightpearl. It will show 3 types of status – Pending, Released or Failed. Pending generally defines that there is some settings which is not configured or the Warehouse transfer for which the Inventory received isn’t created yet. Released shows for those which get successfully synced & Failed for those which haven’t synced due to some reasons.
vi) Reason – This column allows you to see the reason of why Received Inventory isn’t getting synced.
vii) Released at – This column will show the date & time when the Inventory get released in Brightpearl for a Warehouse transfer.
