In our InConnect Portal, the Order sync logs get recorded which get synced from Shopify to Intacct.
To check the details, follow the below steps-
Step 1 – Login to Inconnect

Step 2 – Click to Orders Menu.
There are several specifics in the Order Logs, and the most important ones are mentioned below.
Order ID– The Shopify Order ID will be shown in this column.
Intacct SO– Intacct Transaction/Sales Receipt Number will be displayed in the column which will be created via Shopify.
Order Date– The dates of order are regularly specified. As a result, all orders placed on the same day will appear in the column. You can also search for specific date as well under search box
Customer– It will indicate the names of the customers who have placed orders.
Order Total– The overall cost of order will be shown in the column.
Source- You can choose the source of the order, such as Shopify or Amazon, and orders will appear based on your selection.
Status-The column will display the order status as synced, failed, pending, or ignored.
Action-The order information can be accessed by pressing the View button.
How to Map Items Between Platforms?
Under the Settings, there is an option to match the Shopify products to the Intacct items using the unique ID. You can select a field from both the platforms where you store the unique ID of your Product/item. The system will automatically use that field to map the items.
