In our BrightConnect Portal, the Order edits logs get recorded which get synced from Brightpearl to Shopify.
To check the details, follow the below steps-
Step 1 – Login to BrightConnect.

Step 2 – You will see a Dashboard, navigate to the Shopify > Shopify Order logs in the left.
Here in the Order Edit Logs, you will see so many details and the main details are mentioned below
i) BP Order Id– This column will show you the Brightpearl’s Order id in which the edit got triggered to be synced to Shopify.
ii) Shopify Order id– This column will show the Order id of the Shopify which got updated from Brightpearl.
iii) Customer – This column will show the name of customer from Order.
iv) Order date– This column will show the original date of order creation
v) Updated date– This column will show the sync date of order edits from Brightpearl to Shopify.
vi) Total – It will show you the total price of the Order from Brightpearl.
vii) Status – This column will allow you to see the status of sync from Shopify to Brightpearl. It will show 3 types of status – Pending, Synced, Failed. Pending generally defines that there is some settings which is not configured or the sync is in progress. Synced shows for those which get successfully synced, Failed for those sync which haven’t got processed due to some reasons.
viii) Retry – This column will show you a button which will allow you to retry the sync of order edits in case of any failure in automated sync.
ix) Action – This column will show you a button which will allow you to see the full details of edited Order along with that you can see the reason if failure in sync if any.
