To review the Order and Shipment logs that sync between Brightpearl and Shiphero, follow the below steps-
Step 1 – Login to BrightConnect’s Shiphero.
Note – If you don’t have an account with BrightConnect’s Shiphero yet, you can click on Register button to create an account.
Step 2 – You will see a Dashboard first, navigate to the Sync logs in the left menu & click it.
Here in the Sync Logs, you will see so many details and the main details are mentioned below:
i) Order # – This column will show you the id of the Brightpearl’s Order Customer reference that got processed to sync.
ii) Total – This column will show you the Brightpearl Sales Order total amount.
iii) Inserted at– This column will show you the creation date of the Goods out note in our BrightConnect portal.
iv) Synced at– This column will show the sync date and time of the order when it actually got synced to Shiphero.
v) Order Status – This column will show you the sync status of Order(Goods out note) from Brightpearl to Shiphero. It will show 3 types of status – Pending, Synced, Failed. Pending generally defines that there is some settings which is not configured or the sync is in progress. Synced shows for those which get successfully synced, Failed for those sync which haven’t got processed due to some reasons.
vi) Shipping Method– This column will show the shipping method data that got passed to Shiphero along with Order.
vii) Shipment status – This column will show the Shipment Status from Shiphero to Brightpearl back. If it is showing Synced, then it means the Shipment has been synced back for the particular Order(goods out note) to Brightpearl from Shiphero. If it is blank, it means system is still waiting for Shipment to get created in Shiphero.
viii) Action – This column will show you a button which allow you to view the full order details along with the sync failure reason if any.
