To review the Inventory logs that sync from Brightpearl to OnBuy, follow the below steps-
Step 1 – Login to BrightConnect‘s OnBuy.
Note – If you don’t have an account with BrightConnect’s OnBuy yet, then you can click on Register button to create an account.
Step 2 – You will see a Dashboard first, navigate to the Inventory logs in the left menu & click it.
Here in the Inventory Logs, you will see so many details and the main details are mentioned below
i) Product Name– This column will show you the product name whose inventory got updated or about to get updated.
ii) SKU – This column will show you the SKU of the product.
iii) Inserted at– This column will show you the creation date of the product in our BrightConnect portal.
iv) Sync date– This column will show the last sync date & time of the inventory from Brightpearl to OnBuy in regards to a product.
v) Status – This column will allow you to see the status of sync from Brightpearl to OnBuy. It will show 3 types of status – Pending, Updated, Failed. Pending generally defines that there is some settings which is not configured or the sync is in progress. Updated shows for those which get successfully synced, Failed for those sync which haven’t got processed due to some reasons. The Failure reason will get displayed on hover under Status column.
vi) Action – This column will show you a button which allow you to retry the sync in case of any automated sync failure.
