Instructions To Get Started With Shiphero & Brightpearl Connector

BrightConnect allows you to connect Brightpearl and Shiphero. Are you ready to find the superpowers of your productivity?

Easily sync Orders from Brightpearl to Shiphero & get the tracking information back from Shiphero to Brightpearl.

Step 1 – Register yourself here by entering basic details like Name, Email & password to setup an account. (Please bookmark the Login Link)

Step 2 – Once registered, Connect the Brightpearl by entering Account code/ID of your’s & click on Connect button.

Step 3 – Click on Next button and Connect the Shiphero by entering Username and password of your Shiphero account.

Step 4 – Once connected, Click on Go to Dashboard button. You’re done with initial registration process & will redirected to the Dashboard.

Dashboard will show an alert that the initial Product & other data sync is in progress to get the system ready to be configured for sync. Once that is completed, You will get notified via Email Notification to come back to our portal & start configuring process.

Step 5 – Once you receive an email, Please go to the Sync Configuration page to enable the sync of Orders and enter a start date & time from which time system will start picking the order data.  See full details here.

Once the above process gets done, you can go through the Logs pages under BrightConnect to review the sync status of data. Full details on Logs can be found here.

Our system sends a full Email report once a day which can be reviewed to see the sync summary of how much data has been successfully synced & which one got failed due to any reason.
