*We don’t get values for these fields ISBN, EAN, UPC, from Shopify. When we update products on Brightpearl then it is required to pass values for these fields so that’s why we just pass the values which already exist on Brightpearl for these fields. If you want to update those fields from Shopify then you would need to map it with Shopify’s custom field otherwise these values will be the same as the value present in Brightpearl.
Note: Our integration for Product sync work parallel with the existing Native Integration of Shopify & Brightpearl. So, you need to make sure you have the Brightpearl app already installed & configured in your Shopify store. Click here for more details regarding the same.
Along with the above automation, our sync allows the continuous sync of Orders notes from Shopify to Brightpearl & Order item updates sync from Brightpearl to Shopify.
To setup & configure the integration –
Step 1 – Email us to contact@apiworx.com to get an Account setup for you.
Step 2 – Once we create an account for you, you’ll get an email with Login details. Login to the Portal & go to the settings page to configure your integration.
Step 3 – Go to API settings, Connect your Brightpearl account & Shopify.
