The Shopify settings page allows you to configure and update the Intacct connection with Shopify in order to sync data between the two platforms.
Retrieve Orders from Shopify
Enable & Sync Order by particular statuses only
By this setting one can control the sync of orders by selecting particular statuses from Shopify. The integration will only sync those Orders whose statuses selected here. It can be updated anytime as required.
Match Shopify Products to Intacct Items
By this setting you can select the Unique Key/Field for product synchronization between both platforms. It can be updated any time.
Create Sales as in Intacct
By this setting you can select transaction type create in Intacct
Default Customer of Intacct
If you choose the option to create a default customer in Intacct, all orders will be created under that customer.
Default values for Order Transaction
Users can select Payment Terms & Transaction status by selecting the status that particular status will be created in Intacct.
Select Warehouse of Intacct to which the Sales going to apply
Users can choose which Intacct Warehouse they want to deduct the Stock values from.
Select Item Types to Skip checking the Stock values in default Warehouse.
While creating the orders, Users will be able to Skip checking Stock Value of the selected Items
