The Amazon settings page allows you to configure and update the Intacct connection with Amazon in order to sync data between the two platforms.
Retrieve Orders from Amazon
Enable & Sync Order by particular statuses only
By this setting one can control the sync of orders by selecting particular statuses from Amazon. The integration will only sync those Orders whose statuses selected here. It can be updated anytime as required.
Match Amazon Products to Intacct Items
By this setting you can select the Unique Key/Field for product synchronization between both platforms. It can be updated any time.
Create Sales as in Intacct
By this setting you can select the transaction type created in Intacct.
Default Customer of Intacct
Due to Amazon’s refusal to provide complete customer information. If you want to create orders with the default customer this choice will allow you to do it. You’ll be able to map customer lines of Business/Channels as well.
Default values for Order Transaction
Users can select Payment Terms & Transaction status by selecting the status that particular status will be created in Intacct.
Select Warehouse of Intacct to which the Sales going to apply
Users can choose which Intacct Warehouse they want to deduct the Stock values from.
Select Item Types to Skip checking the Stock values in default Warehouse.
While creating the orders, Users will be able to Skip checking Stock Value of the selected Items

Users can mapp custom fields between both platforms
