How To Connect EBay With BrightConnect?

For connecting your eBay account with Brightpearl, you will have to connect your eBay account with our BrightConnect portal.

Follow the simple and easy steps mentioned below –

Step 1 – Login to BrightConnect.

Step 2- You will see a DashBoard, navigate to the Settings Section and click on API settings tab, as you can see in the screenshot below-

Step 3 – In the API Settings page you’ll need to add your eBay account name.

Note –  Add a Friendly name for your eBay account, that will help you to avoid confusion in the future, for example, if you have two eBay stores one is used for US and other is used for EU, then you can choose account name as eBay US account and eBay EU account.

Step 4 – Now, click on the Click on Authenticate Button.

After Clicking on the Authenticate button, the page will take to your eBay account login page.

Step 5- – Enter your eBay account email or username with password and click on continue.

After login, you will be asked for permissions, read it and click on I agree, and then your eBay account will be connected to BrightConnect Portal.

Congratulations, all the steps are done.
