How To Connect Amazon Account With BrightConnect?

For starting the synchronization between your Amazon Seller & Brightpearl, you’ll need to first get the API keys from your Amazon Seller account and then connect your Amazon account with our BrightConnect portal.

Please follow the below steps:

Step 1 –  Log in as the account owner of the Amazon Professional Seller account.

Step 2 – Go to Settings > User Permissions page in Seller Central. Click on “Visit Manage your Apps” button.

NOTE: The owner of the Amazon account is the only one who will see the developer area on the User Permissions page. Not even a full access super-admin can see it, only the owner.

Step 3 – Click the Authorize new developer button.

Step 4 – Enter the Developer Name and Developer ID mentioned below and Click Next.

Developer Name – APIWORX
Developer ID – 698823278461

Step 5 – Accept the terms and click Next.

Step 6 – Your Seller ID, Marketplace IDs, and MWS Auth Token will appear.

Step 7 – Login to BrightConnect.

Step 8- You will see a DashBoard, navigate to the General Settings Section as you can see in the screenshot below-

Step 9 – In the General Settings page, you’ll need to add your Amazon account name, Seller ID, Marketplace ID, MWS AUTH Token & Click on Save.

Note –  Account Name is just a Friendly name for your Amazon account, that will help you to avoid confusion in the future, for example, if you have two Amazon stores one is used for US and other is used for EU, then you can choose account name as Amazon US account and Amazon EU account.
