Follow the steps to connect Brightpearl and Lightspeed Retail with BrightConnect.

1. To connect Brightpearl Account with BrightConnect integration, it firstly requires permission to enter your Brightpearl Account ID, Brightpearl App Ref. & Brightpearl Account Token.

Follow the instructions below of how to get your Brightpearl account credentials

Step 1 – Login to your Brightpearl account and then click on App Store.

Step 2 – Then click on the Private Apps tab.

Step 3 – Click on Add Private App button.

Step 4 – A pop-up will get displayed where you’ll need to select the App type i.e., Staff App, and along with that enter Name of the app and add an Identifier. After entering all the information, click on the “Install” button.

Step 5 – You’ll get a Successful message and will be able to see the Reference & the Token in the Table columns as shown below.

Step 6 – Copy the Reference & Token and go back to the onboarding process and use it for the Brightpearl login process.

2. Follow the steps below to connect Lightspeed Retail Account with BrightConnect integration.

Step 1 – Mark ‘’I Agree to the Terms Of services’’ and then click on Connect button. It will redirect you to the Lightspeed Retail login page to log in.

Step 2 – Sign in into Lightspeed Retail with your credentials.

Step 3 – Click on the Authorize Application button to give the Access rights to BrighConnect.

You will get redirected back to Onboarding Steps to take further process.

Step 4 – Select your Lightspeed Retail Location from which you want your orders to get retrieved into Brightpearl. Also, select your Lightspeed Retail Currency as per your selected location, and if your Lightspeed Currency and the Brightpearl currency are different then you have to enter the conversion of 1 in that selected currency and if the currencies of both Platforms are the same then you don’t have to do conversion part.

Step 5 – After entering all the details, click on the Go to Dashboard button, and you’re done!
