Do I need to add my card to get a free trial?
At the end of the 7 day trial, you will be charged for the price of the plan you have chosen. A reminder email will be sent to you 2 days before the trial ends. Adding your billing details allows you to move from the trial to the full featured Paid plan without any interruption.

Are there any hidden fees/Cost?

BrightConnect offers 2 options for support. Standard support includes email, ticket and phone support. With Premium Support, you also get a dedicated representative for a set number of hours per month.
Which Amazon territories do you support?
We currently support Amazon US, Amazon Canada, Amazon Brazil and Amazon Mexico.
How frequently do you add new features ?
We always responds to feature requests from our customers and technology innovations to improve us. BrightConnect is constantly under development. We work hard to implement accepted ideas as soon as possible and we do our best to make improvements every few weeks.
How secure is my Data with BrightConnect?
Keeping your data safe and encrypted is BrightConnect’s number one priority. We use Google Cloud Platform to store your data which is encrypted both in transit and at rest.
