Configuration setup of Brightpearl and AmazonVendor to ESB App.

After completing the login procedure, you can complete the final step, ie. Configuration setup, to make sure that all your data are flowing on both platforms as per your requirement.

All data are required to start the sync between both platforms.

Note– Click on the proceed button and start the below mentioned process.

1. Map Unique product identifier: It will help to match the items in both platforms, as AmazonVendor central is having only “product code”, so, it will be auto-selected but you can map with Brightpearl as per your need.( For example, you can add SKU, MPN, UPC and etc from the drop-down given)

 2. Choose default values: There are so many fields that are mandatory under Brightpearl to create order but when bringing an item from AmazonVendor central to Brightpearl, we don’t get all the data, so ignore the failure of product creation under Brightpearl, we have to send some default values, so you can do the setup for the same from this section.

Channel- In this section, you can select the BrightPearl channel, where you want your AmazonVendor order details to be uploaded.

Lead Source- In this section, you can select a lead source from where you can get the details about this connector such as word of mouth or any other Google.

Price List- You can set a default price list that you would like to use when creating orders in your selected AmazonVendor location.

Tax Code- In this section, you can select a unique Tax Code that is assigned to contact records, product records and transactions. (Tax Code controls the Total tax rate applied to a transaction).

Warehouse- You can set a default warehouse that you would like to use when creating orders in your selected AmazonVendor warehouse.

Shipping method– You can set a default shipping method that will always show in AmazonVendor from Brightpearl while creating an order.

Order Status- In this option, you can select the Brightpearl order status so that the order with those status only will get synced into AmazonVendor (For Example – If you want to sync the orders that are having pending status on Brightpearl to AmazonVendor then you can select pending status). You can also select more than one status.

3. Start Date and Time.: After allowing order sync, you need to enter a Start Date and Time for which the system will start syncing the orders. (Note: You may select a past date that is two weeks previous to the current date).

4: After mapping click on the “Save Mapping” button.
