API & Notification settings setup

In BrightConnect Connector, on the left side, there is an API & Notification Settings page that has two modules – API Settings & Email Notification.

1. API Settings allows you to manage both Brightpearl and Lightspeed Retail accounts. You can simply manage both accounts here, and incase you want to disconnect your connected Lightspeed account then you can click on the Disconnect button and by following the same steps which are shown in ‘’Follow the steps to connect Brightpearl and Lightspeed Retail with BrightConnect’’ you can connect your Lightspeed account.

Note – If you have multiple Lightspeed Retail Locations and you want your selected Brightpearl Account to get connected with those multiple Lightspeed locations, then you can click on the +Add new Lightspeed Account button under the Lightspeed Account section and add that particular Lightspeed Retail Location.

2. In the Email Notification tab, you can set your email so that if anything goes wrong or if there’s an error in data synchronization you’ll get notified on your email. Also, if you have multiple Email IDs you can also add those to get notified by clicking on the +button.
