How it works
Inbound Shipments
Sync Inbound shipments by matching the SKU between the platforms from Amazon to Brightpearl.
What our connector do for Inbound —
1. When an Inbound shipment gets created into Amazon by the seller then our automation creates Warehouse Transfer for it into Brightpearl.
2. When Inbound shipment gets shipped to Amazon then we get the tracking information from there & update the same into the Warehouse transfer of the BP and mark the same as shipped.
Inbound Shipments Receipt
Sync Inbound shipments received by matching the SKU between the platforms from Amazon to Brightpearl which will automatically release transfer in Brightpearl to your Amazon Virtual FBA Warehouse.
What our connector do for Inbound inventory —
When Amazon receives inventory for those inbounds, then our system will pull those reports & release the inventory from Transfer to the FBA warehouse of BP.
Refund Orders
Sync Return Orders from Amazon to Brightpearl.
What our connector do for Refund —
Whenever a refund/return gets request, we make a “sales credit” for the same under Brightpearl.
Note– For Amazon FBA, we receive the “settlement report“, every 14 days which defines that the refund is initiated, so we create the sales credit every 14th day, as per the data given in the reports.
Return Inventory
Sync Return inventory data of FBA & MFN return orders from Amazon to Brightpearl. BrightConnect fetches the MFN & FBA return item details from Amazon & increases the stock according to the settings.
- a) FBA Return Items which is eligible for sales automatically get added to the Stock in Brightpearl
- b) On MFN Return Items that got received to Seller’s warehouse, there are 2 options:
1 – Those can be automatically added to Brightpearl stock, all of it.
2 – Users can decide to manually manage each returned item and define if it got received or not. When marked as received then only the stock in Brightpearl will get increased.
Invoice FBA sales credit once payment gets completed
Whenever a sales credit’s payment gets completed from Amazon side along with the inventory, then our connector will automatically invoice the sales credit for FBA under Brightpearl.
Damaged/Lost Inventory
Handles Damaged & Lost Inventory & reflect it to Brightpearl from Amazon
Deemed Inventory (Expired)
Handles Deemed Inventory & reflects it to Brightpearl from Amazon
Cash Reimbursement
Cash Reimbursement sync from Amazon to Brightpearl as a Journal entry.
DropShips
If we receive Dropships, we link it to the Purchase Order under Brightpearl by the shipment IDs and once the inventory is received from Amazon, we will create a Goods-in for that under Brightpearl.
Removal Order Shipment FBA
If we receive “removal orders of FBA” from Amazon, we create an inventory transfer under Brightpearl for the same.
